However, f77 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and accepts no liability for losses arising from temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government actions that prevent platform operation. f77 will communicate known planned maintenance windows to registered players in advance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, f77 excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to lost gaming opportunities, loss of anticipated winnings, or data loss. f77's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
